Savannah, GA (September 17, 2019) – Various emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of a serious car crash that took place on I-16 last night, September 16.
The accident took place in the westbound lanes and involved multiple parties. Police are not yet sure of the circumstances leading up to the accident, which caused severe damages to multiple vehicles.
Injuries were reported but we do not know how many were hospitalized. There were four ambulances, two fire trucks, and multiple police cars at the scene of the crash.
The Pooler Police Department continues to investigate the accident at this time.
