Ringgold, GA (September 5, 2019) – Around 5 p.m. this evening, police responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle crash that took place at the Ringgold Food City.
Police and other responders were dispatched to Highway 41 where they found that one driver had a stuck accelerator on their vehicle near the state line. This caused their vehicle to lose control and slam into others in the area.
Various emergency responders including EMS, firefighters, and more were called to the scene of the accident to assist those with injuries. Paramedics said that multiple parties were injured in the crash.
The investigation into the accident is currently ongoing.
