Marietta, GA (September 5, 2019) – Police were called to the scene of a car crash that took place at a local intersection in Marietta and led to injuries.
According to authorities, the crash took place at the intersection of the Dallas Highway and Bob Cox Road. Multiple lanes were blocked as a result and there was a large presence of emergency services.
Police claim that the crash caused a variety of delays in both directions of the roadway. One of the vehicles was badly damaged and responders were helping to get a party out of the vehicle who had been trapped inside.
Paramedics took one or more parties to the hospital. We do not know their conditions at this time.
The investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time.
