Lawrenceville, GA (September 4, 2019) – This morning around 9:30 a.m., police responded to the scene of a spin-out crash that led to injuries and damages on the highway.
The crash took place on SR-316 in the westbound lanes, causing major delays as it blocked most out of the roadway except for the left shoulder.
When police arrived, they found one vehicle pulled to the side of the highway and one vehicle turned completely backward on the highway. The vehicle was described as a black sedan with severe front-end damage. The vehicle spun out on the highway until it was turned around.
Police are not sure of what led to the circumstances of the crash but have said that paramedics were present at the scene and could be witnessed as treating one or more parties. Police have not confirmed if the parties involved were taken to the hospital.
The investigation into the accident is currently ongoing as police attempt to dictate what led to the accident.
