Jonesboro, GA (September 9, 2019) – Early this morning before rush hour, police responded to the scene of a two-car accident at a Jonesboro intersection that led to injuries.
The crash, according to police, took place at Tara Boulevard and Upper Riverdale Road. Police claim that it involved two parties who collided with one another due to right-of-way issues.
One lane was blocked immediately following the crash and there were backups in the area due to incoming traffic.
Paramedics assisted at the scene of the accident, as there were injuries involved. Police have not confirmed how many were injured or what their conditions are at this time.
