Ellenwood, GA (September 18, 2019) – Police in Ellenwood responded to the scene of a truck accident involving a tanker truck on I-675, also known as the Terrell Starr Parkway.
The accident took place in the northbound lanes of the highway and blocked the right lane, causing delays into the city.
Police have not yet commented on the circumstances leading up to the accident but have said that a tanker truck collided with a passenger vehicle.
Various emergency services responded to the scene of the accident, including paramedics who assisted those with injuries.
At this time, police continue to investigate the circumstances leading up to the accident.
