Canton, GA (September 10, 2019) – This morning, police and other responders were called to the scene of a three-vehicle collision that took place on I-575 and led to injuries.
The crash, according to police, took place when three vehicles ran into one another in a chain-reaction crash. The accident caused severe damages to at least two of the vehicles, especially to a white sedan that crashed into the back of another sedan.
Police are not sure of the initial circumstances that caused one or more drivers to lose control but they have said that paramedics assisted those injured at the scene of the crash.
The accident took place in the far left lane and caused delays for those leaving Woodstock before noon this morning.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
