Atlanta, GA (September 6, 2019) – According to authorities, a multi-vehicle accident with injuries took place around 4 p.m. this afternoon in Atlanta and led to injuries.
There was a large presence of emergency responders at the scene of the accident that was deemed a chain-reaction crash. One of the vehicles was severely damaged and responders were helping one or more parties with injuries.
The crash allegedly took place in the eastbound lanes for reasons that are still under investigation at this time, completely blocking the right lane of traffic. There were delays in the area for some time.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
