Savannah, GA (September 20, 2019) – Around 12:20 p.m. today, a two-vehicle crash took place on the Harry S. Truman Parkway that closed down that area for some time.
According to the Savannah Police Department, who was immediately dispatched to the scene of the crash, the roadway was temporarily closed down after two vehicles violently collided for reasons that are not yet known.
Paramedics responded to the accident and claimed that one person was injured in the accident. Luckily, the accident was not life-threatening, though the injured party was hospitalized as a result.
The scene was completely cleared by 2:30 p.m. Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash at this time.
