Atlanta, GA (September 7, 2019) – This morning, police responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle collision that took place in the northbound lanes of I-285 in Atlanta.
The crash took place in Cobb County and led to injuries in the parties involved. Paramedics were present at the scene, but we do not know how many were injured in the accident.
There was one badly damaged vehicle in the left lane, which has since been relocated to the right shoulder of the highway. Emergency vehicles stayed on a nearby ramp so that they could assist those in need.
Police was redirecting many individuals to Paces Ferry Road as an alternative.
The investigation into the accident is currently ongoing.
