Atlanta, GA (September 19, 2019) – Around 7 a.m. this morning, police and other emergency services responded to the scene of a serious multi-vehicle accident on I-85.
When authorities responded to the southbound lanes of the highway, they found that multiple vehicles collided with one another for reasons that are not yet known. The crash was quickly moved onto the right shoulder.
There were delays for those leaving the area. Emergency vehicles blocked the road in that area of the highway for quite some time. Paramedics were present at the scene of the crash but they did not comment on the exact amount of individuals injured in the accident.
At this time, the investigation into the accident is ongoing.
