Atlanta, GA (September 5, 2019) – On Wednesday, September 4, police responded to the scene of a bicycle accident involving a tow truck that took place at an Atlanta intersection.
The accident took place around 1:00 p.m. at Central Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. The bicyclist was struck for reasons that are not yet known by a tow truck driving through the intersection.
When police responded to the scene of the accident, they found the bicyclist with a head injury and lacerations to his body. The victim was immediately taken to the Grady Memorial Hospital.
At this time, police continue to investigate the circumstances leading up to the collision.
