Villa Rica, GA (August 29, 2019) – Around 12 p.m., police were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle crash with injuries that took place on Interstate 20 in Villa Rica.
The accident took place in DeKalb County and led to injuries to the parties involved. Police responded to the scene in the eastbound lanes of I-20 near the area of Glenwood Avenue.
Police confirmed that the accident blocked the HOV and the left lane, leading to delays in the area. Emergency responders, including EMS, were present at the scene of the crash.
Injuries were reported but, at this time, it is not known how many were injured. The investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time.
