Chattahoochee Hills, GA (August 28, 2019) – A police officer was injured in a car crash that took place on the South Fulton Parkway in Chattahoochee Hills.
The accident, according to police, took place on August 27 when a distracted driver crossed over the center line of the road and crashed into the patrol car.
The officer was injured but was taken to a local hospital. It has since been confirmed that he is doing okay and is expected to be fine.
Charges might be pending. At this time, an investigation into what caused the driver to cross the line is ongoing.
