Atlanta, GA (August 29, 2019) – Police responded to the scene of a scooter accident that took place yesterday, August 27, at the Georgia Tech Campus. They found that the accident caused injuries.
According to authorities, the accident took place at the intersection of Tech Parkway and Means Street. At the time, the student had been riding a scooter when a driver in a motor vehicle failed to yield and struck the student.
The student was immediately transported to the Atlanta Medical Center with minor injuries. Police did not confirm their condition at this time.
The investigation into the circumstances of the crash is currently ongoing.
